Quickly release (1st phase) a high concentration of plants recognized for their relaxing and sleep-promoting properties (Passiflora and Valerian), and long (2nd phase) California Poppy, which helps to reduce nighttime awakenings.

Reserved for adults. 1 tablet a day, one hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before going to bed.
