Apply the cream twice a week or daily if necessary for up to 12 weeks. Wash your hands before and after applying the cream. Unscrew the cap from the tube, invert the cap and use the pointed tip to pierce the cap into the neck of the tube. Remove the applicator and screw it into the tube. Fill the applicator with the gel until the plunger stops (at the fill mark). Remove the applicator from the tube and place the cap on the tube. To apply the gel, lie down, insert the applicator tip deep into the vagina and slowly push the plunger all the way. After use, remove the plunger from the cannula and wash them well with water.
