Actimove Physiopack Reusable Hot/Cold Bag 16 cm x 26 cm is a bag suitable for: hHot: in case of muscle pain, inflammation and arthritis, muscle stiffness, Cold: in case of traumatic injuries, inflammation, muscle spasms, arthritis, use during rehabilitation. Cold or hot, it always remains flexible. Sold without protective case.
Cold application: do not apply in case of circulation disorders, Raynaud's disease, cryoglobulinemia, paroxysmal hemoglobinuria in cold and cold urticaria. Hot application: not applicable in cases of circulatory disorders, tumors, sensory disorders, acute trauma, hemorrhages, acute inflammations and acute edema. Do not apply directly to the skin. Always place a cloth, towel or cover between the bag and your skin. Do not exceed an application time of 20-30 minutes. Heat in hot water (2 minutes at 80°C) or in the microwave (4 minutes at 180 W). Cool in the freezer (-10 to -15°C), usable 2 hours later or in the refrigerator (10°C), usable 6 hours later. Supervise use in children. It can be cleaned with water or a common disinfectant. Always check the condition of the bag before using.
