Always use your hands before preparing a bottle.

Wash and sterilize the bottle, the teat and all uses to be used.

Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and cool to 40ºC or heat bottled mineral water with a low mineral content to 40ºC.

First, bottle the amount of boiled water needed.

Using only a measuring spoon measured in a can, add the correct number of spoons of powder, changing one spoon with a clean and dry knife; do not tamp or powder.

Cover or bottle using a hard plastic lid, shake until all the powder is completely dissolved and there are no lumps. Remove a lid and place a sterilized teat on the bottle.

Let cool to lukewarm temperature (37ºC). Test the temperature by pouring a few drops on your wrist. Give what you need to prepare your baby.

Do not keep leftovers in the bottle, pour it into the remaining amount of milk.
