L-Mesitran Active Large Dressing is a sterile, semipermeable dressing suitable for wounds with or without infection. It can be used on chronic wounds such as pressure ulcers, venous wounds, diabetic foot, oncological wounds, and first- and second-degree burns.

It can be used on acute wounds such as cuts and surgical wounds. It provides a moist environment that hydrates the tissues and allows the absorption of exudate (fluid), aiding healing.

It has an adhesive border for easier application. It can remain on the wound for 3-5 days.

The backing film is polyurethane (film backing), and the dressing has an adhesive border.

Disinfect and clean the wound. Apply the dressing without letting the adhesive stick to the injured area.
