The film-forming effect of petrolatum and liquid paraffin physically inhibits evaporation, thus preventing dehydration, and acts as a barrier against external aggressions. Additionally, the moisturizing effect of glycerol helps maintain the skin's water balance.

Thanks to its formulation, Dexeryl Cream also helps reduce and prevent irritation.

Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area of ​​skin once or twice a day, or more frequently if necessary, but no more than six times a day.
