After brushing your teeth, take a small amount of mouthwash (about a capful or recommended amount) in your mouth.

Swish vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute, making sure the mouthwash covers all corners of your mouth.

Avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes to allow the mouthwash to work effectively.
