Each capsule contains a blend of fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), Ginkgo biloba extract, phosphatidylserine, folic acid, vitamin E and B12.DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg.Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation.Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, normal homocysteine metabolism and normal psychological function.Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
