L-Mesitran Gel Wounds cleans the wound and improves healing. Indicated for the treatment of wounds and burns, which promotes faster healing and reduces the size of the scar. Can be used on pressure ulcers, diabetic foot, 1st and 2nd degree burns. It can also be used on postoperative and oncological wounds. It contains 48% honey in its composition, which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Does not adhere to the wound.

Apply directly to clean wound or burn, in a thin layer. Dress with a non-woven swab or L-Mesitran dressings. You can change the dressing once a day or every 2-3 days.
