Rhinomer Plus Nasal Spray Strength 1 is indicated for all cases of nasal and sinus congestion, e.g. rhinitis (infectious or allergic), sinusitis; for flu and common cold.

Tilt your head to one side.

Carefully insert the applicator into the upper nostril and press firmly for 1 to 2 seconds.

Leave the solution to act for a few seconds.

Repeat the operation in the other nostril.

For adults and children aged 6 and over: blow your nose.

Wash the applicator with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly.
