Wash and sterilize bottles, teats and accessories before use.

Boil water and let it cool to 50º C.

In about 1/2 of the water mix, with a flat measuring spoon, the required amount of milk, according to the equivalence table

Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Add the remaining water, close again and shake vigorously

Check that the temperature of the preparation is 37ºC. If necessary, cool it in a container of cold water or under the tap (for 5-7 minutes)

Shake again, adjust the teat well and check the temperature of the contents again.
