L-Mesitran Soft is a hydroactive antibacterial gel formulated to clean wounds, prevent infections, and accelerate healing.

L-Mesitran Soft Wound Gel cleans the wound and improves healing, being more suitable for people with greater pain sensitivity than L-Mesitran Gel due to its lower honey content.

With 40% clinical-grade honey, indicated for the treatment of wounds and burns, it promotes faster healing and reduces scar size. It is indicated for pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and 1st and 2nd-degree burns. It can also be used on postoperative and oncological wounds. It dilutes gradually and is easily removed during wound cleaning. It does not adhere to the wound.

Contains 40% sterilized, clinical-grade honey, Medilan® (hypoallergenic lanolin), and vitamins C and E.

Apply directly to clean wound or burn, in a thin layer. Dress with a non-woven swab. You can change the dressing once a day or every 2-3 days. Once opened, the package must be used within a period of three months.
