Make sure your skin and lash line are clean and dry before application.
Twirl the pencil body until the desired amount of product comes out (do not twist too much to avoid waste).
Apply a line as close as possible to the base of the upper lashes, starting from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer corner, with a smooth, continuous stroke.
If desired, you can also apply it to the lower lash line or waterline for a more defined effect.
For a smoky finish, you can use the blending sponge (if the pencil includes one) or a clean cotton swab before the product dries completely.
Let the eyeliner dry completely before blinking frequently or applying other products to your eyes.
