Opticol GL OSD is a sterile, preservative-free, clear and viscoelastic product that forms a protective film on the cornea. Opticol GL OSD contains sodium hyaluronate, the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid which, due to its physical properties, forms a uniform, continuous and long-lasting film that protects the epithelial layer of the eye without impairing vision. Opticol GL OSD provides prolonged relief from discomfort associated with: – Mechanical stress, caused for example by wearing hard or soft contact lenses, or during ophthalmic diagnostic interventions. – Conditions of environmental stress caused, in particular, by the action of air conditioning, wind, cold, dryness or air pollution caused, for example, by cigarette smoke. – Visual stress caused by intensive use of vision due to, for example, the use of computers, microscopes or during prolonged use of motor vehicles. Opticol GL OSD, a preservative-free solution, is well tolerated in long-term use. Opticol GL OSD is suitable for contact lens wearers. It is not necessary to remove contact lenses during product application.

(1) To open the bottle, remove the snap ring by pulling on its end until it is completely removed. (2) Remove the cover by pulling it upwards. (3 + 4) Tilt your head back slightly, look up, and gently pull your lower eyelid away from your eye. Keep the bottle upside down and apply a drop to the conjunctival sac of the eye, with steady and prolonged pressure, 3 to 5 times a day. Close the eye slowly to allow for an even distribution of fluid on the surface of the eye. Do not touch the dropper end of the bottle to your eyes or hands. Any residual drop remaining on the dropper tip should be removed by tapping the bottom of the bottle. (5) Close the bottle by lightly pressing the cap.
