Gestagyn Breastfeeding is a food supplement with DHA from microalgae, folic acid, iodine, iron, vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals. Together with a balanced diet, it contributes to achieving an adequate nutritional status in mothers and infants.

Ferginate®, 14mg: ferric saccharate microencapsulated in a matrix that protects it from the acidic pH of the stomach. Its release is progressive and absorption is optimal in the duodenum, avoiding gastrointestinal side effects.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. DHA from microalgae, 200 mg: contributes to the normal brain and visual development of infants. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

 Iodine, 200 µg: Contributes to the correct neurological development of the infant.

 Beta-carotene Provitamin A, 1 mg: Contributes to correct visual development and adequate function of the immune system. Other vitamins and minerals appropriate for the mother and baby.

Biotin, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair Iron and vitamin C contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
