Easy to put on and take off.

1. Open the main straps and unfasten the side straps. Center the support along the lumbar region, with the Support Cushion™ pads on each side of the spine and the curved edge of the panel facing downwards.

2. Wrap the main straps snugly around your waist and secure the Velcro fastener over your stomach. Pull the side waist straps forward and secure them along the front panels of the support. Adjust the placement of the waist strap fasteners to achieve the correct level of support for your needs.


Care Instructions

Close all Velcro fasteners and waist straps before washing.

Hand wash with mild detergent in lukewarm (not hot) water.

Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
