Horsetail has anti-inflammatory, astringent, diuretic, detoxifying and revitalizing properties. Activates blood circulation, improves metabolism – resulting in weight loss – and eliminates toxins from the body. Useful in the following situations: anemia, uric acid, anxiety, cellulite, osteoporosis and rheumatism, stress, obesity, fluid retention, kidney stones, hypertension, gallstones, inflammation and prostate edema. Without medical supervision, avoid use in pregnant women, infants and breastfeeding mothers. Contraindicated in people with kidney or heart dysfunction.

Preparation: for each cup to be prepared, add a tablespoon of Fitos tea and add boiling water. Leave to infuse for a few minutes, stirring once or twice. Strain. Serve hot or cool with ice.

Taking it should be repeated 3 to 4 times a day, on an empty stomach and after meals.
