The bilayer tablet provides 300 mg of magnesium and 100% of the recommended daily dose of vitamins B6 and B9. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and participates in nerve transmission, and vitamins B6 and B9 contribute to normal neurological and psychological function. The bilayer tablets ensure a double diffusion of the active ingredients: first an immediate diffusion (white layer) and then a progressive diffusion over time (blue layer). This optimizes the absorption of the active ingredients throughout the day.

Take 1 tablet per day in the morning with breakfast or at night at bedtime, to be taken with a large glass of water.
