Women with low flow can only change in the morning and evening. To remove, simply pull the tab and squeeze the bottom of the cup to remove the vacuum. It must be removed slowly. The vaginal muscles also help to expel the cup naturally. After each period, keep the Lunette in the bag. Special care: It should not be boiled for more than 5 minutes. It may cut the tab of the cup, but be careful not to damage the base. It should not be cleaned with strong or scented cleaning agents.
