 Remove the ovulation test rod from the protective packaging. Remove the cover. Before applying urine to the ovulation test rod, it must be introduced into the test holder. Preparing the ovulation test Align the pink arrow on the test rod with the pink arrow on the test stand and insert it until it clicks into place. Wait until the "test ready" symbol appears and perform the immediate ovulation test. Place the Absorbent Sampler face down into the urine stream for 5 to 7 seconds. Or collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container. Soak the Absorbent Sampler in urine for 15 seconds. Take care not to get the test stand wet. Keep the Sampler face down or place the Test Stick on a flat surface. During testing, never hold it with the absorbent tip facing up. Wait 3 minutes. After 20 to 40 seconds, the "test ready" symbol will flash to show that the ovulation test is working. Do not eject the ovulation test rod before obtaining the result. Replace ovulation test dipstick cap and wait 5 minutes. In 3 minutes, the display shows the result. No LH release: If the result is an "empty circle", the test did not detect LH release. Test again tomorrow at the same time using a new ovulation test rod. LH release: A "smile" means you have detected LH release. Your 2 most fertile days are today and tomorrow, so having sex in the next 48 hours will maximize your chances of getting pregnant. After reading the final result, eject the ovulation test rod and discard it. Your result can only be read on the test stand display - you cannot determine the result based on the lines on the ovulation test rod. The result remains on the display for 8 minutes. Do not re-insert a used ovulation test rod.
