Actimove Physiopack Reusable Hot / Cold Bag 12 cm x 29 cm is a gel bag suitable for application: - warm for muscle pain, inflammation and arthritis, muscle stiffness, - cold in case of traumatic injury, inflammation, muscle spasm, arthritis or during rehabilitation. Whether cooled or heated, the bag always remains flexible. It has a cover that prevents direct contact with the skin.
Read manual before use. Cold application: prohibited in case of circulatory disorders, Raynaud's disease, cryoglobulinemia, paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria and cold urticaria. In hot application: prohibited in case of circulatory disturbances, tumors, sensory disturbances, acute trauma, hemorrhage, acute inflammation and acute edema. It can be refrigerated in the freezer (2 hours for a temperature of -15°C) or in a refrigerator (6 hours for a temperature of 10°C). It can be heated in a microwave (4 minutes at 100 watts) or 2 minutes in boiling water at 80 °C. Do not apply directly to the skin and for 20 to 30 minutes at most. Always check the condition of the bag before using.
