Physalis Happy Mama® contains Quatrefolic®, the biologically active form of folic acid or 5-MTHF (bound to glucosamine). This form is immediately usable by the body, without undergoing any type of metabolism, unlike other forms of folic acid. Folate contributes to the normal growth of tissues in (future) mothers (e.g., uterus and placenta). Active vitamin B12 (MecobalActive®, a very pure form of methylcobalamin), vitamin C, and iron help reduce fatigue.
