1. Do not open the sachet if you are not using ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

2/3. Place the band over the area to be treated, with the darker side of the thermal cells facing the skin and adjust the band by closing it at the front. If you are 55 or older, use ThermaCare® over a layer of clothing and not directly on your skin.

4. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended that you use ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
