The transparent Tegaderm + Pad dressing with non-stick compression is a dressing that acts as a water-resistant bacterial and viral barrier. The dressing consists of an absorbent pad attached to a thin, wider film with hypoallergenic latex-free adhesive. The dressing was designed for application on serious wounds, such as blows, burns, superficial and deeper, abrasions, IV catheter incision sites and surgical incisions. It is also designed for chronic wounds with superficial and / or moderate exudation including pressure ulcers, venous ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers.

1. Prepare the application site with the institution's protocol. 2. Remove the paper covering from the dressing, exposing the adhesive surface. 3. Position the dressing frame over the wound or catheter area and apply the dressing. 4. Press the dressing lightly on the spot. 5. Remove the paper liner from the dressing while pressing the ends of the dressing. Seal the area around the catheter or wound tightly. Firmly smooth the adhesive edges against the skin
