Physalis Osteo total® contains Aquamin®, a 100% natural whole-food mineral complex extracted from red algae, rich in calcium and characterized by excellent bioavailability. Calcium, which is essential for maintaining a strong skeletal system, is complemented by vitamins D and K. Vitamin D supports normal calcium and phosphorus absorption. Osteo total® contains vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 (K2VITAL® Delta), a double-coated microcapsule. This synergy is completed by the addition of bioavailable forms of magnesium, manganese, and zinc. Manganese supports the normal formation of connective tissue (such as cartilage) and, like zinc and vitamin C, contributes to protecting cells against undesirable oxidation.
