Do not open the sachet if you are not using ThermaCare®. ThermaCare® may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

Peel the paper from one of the edges to expose the adhesive side.

Place the part of the band containing the thermal cells over the area to be treated and press the adhesive part firmly onto the skin.

Peel the paper from the other adhesive edge and press firmly onto the skin.

For greater effectiveness, it is recommended that you use ThermaCare® for 8 hours.
