The vaginal muscles also help to expel the cup naturally. After each period, keep the Lunette in the bag. Special care: It should not be boiled for more than 5 minutes. It may cut the tab of the cup, but be careful not to damage the base. It should not be cleaned with strong or scented cleaning agents.
