Step 1 (Cleanse):

Dispense CeraVe Air Foam Rebalancing Cleanser into your hands and apply to damp skin.
Gently massage in circular motions to lift away dirt, oil, and impurities without stripping the skin.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Step 2 (Tone):

After cleansing, apply Clarins Hydrating Toning Lotion using a cotton pad or your hands.
Sweep evenly over the face and neck to remove any residue and boost hydration.
Allow it to absorb fully before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3 (Treat):

Apply 1–2 pumps of La Roche-Posay Toleriane Rosaliac AR Concentrate to the entire face.
Focus on areas prone to redness or irritation.
Gently press the serum into the skin until fully absorbed.

Step 4 (Protect):

In the morning, apply Avène Solar Sunsimed KA SPF50+ Cream evenly to the face and neck.
Use as the final step in your skincare routine.
Reapply throughout the day as needed, especially after sweating or towel drying.
