Step 1 (Cleanse):

Dispense CeraVe Air Foam Rebalancing Cleanser onto damp skin.
Massage gently in circular motions over the face and neck to lift away dirt and excess oil without stripping the barrier.
Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Step 2 (Tone):

Apply Martiderm Blooming Toner using a cotton pad or your hands.
Sweep evenly across the face and neck to hydrate, rebalance, and prepare the skin for treatment.
Allow the toner to fully absorb before moving to the next step.

Step 3 (Treat):

Apply a thin, even layer of Bioderma Sensibio DS+ Cream to the face, focusing on areas of redness or irritation.
Massage gently until fully absorbed.
Use morning and/or evening to maintain comfort and support the skin’s natural defenses.
