Dermatix Transparent Silicone Dressing is a virtually invisible scar treatment dressing for application on exposed areas. They are breathable and washable adhesive dressings manufactured with recent silicones, ideal for face and hands, and even makeup can be applied on top. The consistent use of Dermatix Clear Silicone Dressing can be used to reduce existing immature hypertrophic prominent scars and keloids or to prevent the formation of similar new scars, helping to reduce pain, itching, redness or height.

Remove the product from the packaging. If necessary, use scissors to cut the product to size. It should extend slightly beyond the scar area. Remove the protective paper film and save it for later use. Place the product "wet face" down, directly on the scar area. Keep the product applied for at least 12 hours and up to 23 hours a day. At least once a day, wash the scar area and both sides of the dressing with a mild soap and water. Do not use soap that contains humidifiers, lotions or oils. A mild soap is recommended. Rinse the product thoroughly to remove all traces of soap. Allow the product to air dry or set it on a cordless towel to dry before re-applying. Between each use, store the product on the protective paper film.
