Apply a sufficient amount (about half a teaspoon to the face and 6 teaspoons to the body) before sun exposure. Repeat frequently especially after sweating, swimming or cleaning. Reducing the appropriate amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Avoid sun exposure, even when using sunscreen. Avoid the area around the eyes.
